My mission is to unlock the potential of every child through education and mentoring, health and wellness activities and opportunities for fatherless youth.
Fatherless youth
Jamaal’s father left when he was just in the 9th grade and has since passed. Although he faced much adversity, he now chooses to use his father’s passing as motivation for personal growth.

A BYU grad, Jamaal considers himself a nerd and is proud of it. Coming from a family with both parents attending college, education is at his forefront. He has always noted the importance of being the best version of yourself, despite all of the trials and tribulations in life.
health & wellness
With a strong passion for physical and mental fitness, Jamaal says, “Both go hand in hand to me. When you take care of your body, your body takes care of you. I feel like it's important because when you perform physical fitness, it's a confidence booster.”
JAMAAL WILLIAMS FOUNDATION
New Orleans Saints running back Jamaal Williams and his Jamaal Williams Foundation will donate to Son of a Saint for every rushing yard Williams gains in the 2023-24 season, as part of his Rush for Kids Campaign, sponsored by Latter & Blum.
Son of a Saint is a New Orleans-based 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of boys who are fatherless due to their father’s death, long-term incarceration, deportation, or adoption by a single mother. The program provides its mentee with multifaceted, long-term support through mentorship, emotional support, development of life skills, exposure to constructive experiences and formation of positive, lasting peer-to-peer relationships.
